The Rigidmaster® antenna is a broadband, ruggedized, receive only field antenna. It is designed for use with any HF/VHF/UHF type receivers. Additionally, the enhanced Rigidmaster® antenna has been updated for use with advanced signal surveillance equipment. Its optimum performance range is well into the upper UHF range (1.5-3GHz). Its rugged design allows for dependable performance even in the harshest of environments and adverse weather conditions. The antenna’s lightweight design requires minimal set up time and can be installed by an unskilled operator in less than one minute The DELRIN polymer tubing provides water and weather resistance as well as the extra durability that gives our antenna additional receive strength and reduced noise. The durable Velcro straps not only retain ground plane elements when in transport, but also allow the user to mount or attach the antenna on a tree limb or other structure for antenna use. |
