OVERVIEW |
The Tactical Collection Panel (TCP) is a small, lightweight, handheld, integrated, battery-operated, tactical signals intelligence system consisting of a main battery panel, detachable Audio Selector Module, detachable 4-way antenna splitter, separate mast head preamp and may be configured with up to four (4) modified AR-8200 MKIII-IR wide range receivers or with two (2) receivers and two (2) Optoelectronics frequency counters.
The TCP modified receivers and Audio Selector Module are fully Night Vision Goggle (NVG) compatible and all TCP components operate from internal “AA” batteries or an external 12 VDC power source (i.e. BA-5590/U or automobile power).
The TCP detachable Audio Selector Module provides the capability for two (2) headset positions that permit audio selection and monitoring of any or all of the attached receivers. The Audio Selector Module also provides two (2) semi-fixed audio outputs for recorder applications.
The TCP 4-way antenna splitter and Audio Selector Module may be detached from the TCP and employed independently using the separate universal “AA” battery packs provided.
